Shipping policy
We are only able to ship to the continental US at this time.
Orders are typically packed to ship within 5-7 business days, and depending on the carrier, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Responsibility transfers to the carrier upon pickup, so please use your tracking information to file a claim directly with the carrier service.
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we will reship the item when it is returned to us for an additional shipping fee (an invoice will be sent via email). If the invoice is not paid within 3 business days, we will refund you the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus a 25% restocking fee.
