Exchanges/Refunds/Order Changes

Returns and exchanges are not permitted. All sales are final. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it is submitted, so please verify the items in your order as well as your shipping address before checking out.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to email info@carolinafurniturecollective.com within 5 business days. We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages. Please use your tracking information to file a claim directly with the carrier service.
